When you submit an order request through our website, we will contact you to confirm availability, delivery details, and payment options. A contract is formed only after we confirm the order and you complete payment through the payment method provided during confirmation.
2. Processing Time
We aim to process confirmed orders within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may take longer. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays.
3. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
- Ireland: typically 3–5 business days
- International: typically 5–10 business days (varies by destination)
These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs (if applicable) will be displayed and confirmed before payment is taken. If a shipping charge applies, it will be included in the total confirmed order price.
5. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to re-ship the order.
6. Tracking
Where available, we will provide tracking information after dispatch.
7. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your delivery arrives damaged, or if you believe a parcel is missing, contact us as soon as possible and provide any supporting information (photos, tracking details, and your order confirmation).
