3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been opened or unsealed
- Products that have been partially consumed
- Products that show signs of tampering
- Products that have been damaged by the customer
This does not affect your statutory rights. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal can be lost for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
4. How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Step 3: Pack the product securely in its original packaging
- Step 4: Ship the product to the address provided

Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as this may delay processing.
5. Return Shipping Costs

- Defective or incorrect products: We will cover the cost of return shipping
- Extended returns (15-30 days): You are responsible for the cost of return shipping
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
